Profile and Career Highlights

Patrick brings skills both on the mount and the infield. After dedicating himself to an intensive weight training and fitness program during the offseason, he returns as one of the team’s most improved players.

He has been clocked at over 80 mph on the mound, and has a great range of power and offspeed pitches which keep hitters off guard. He throws all his pitches for strikes.

At the plate, he has greatly improved his bat speed and lifted his batting average to among the best on the Knights this summer.

Patrick is a vocal leader on the field and in the clubhouse. Defensively, he has displayed a strong arm and very consistent glove at the hot corner, and his exceptional game awareness has also allowed him to fill in as an occasional backcatcher.

Earlier, Patrick twice played on East Nepean Little League teams at the Ontario Championships. Patrick also played competitive hockey for five years with the Nepean Raiders, until devoting himself to baseball last year.
